Unreliable for serious use

I tried using this service for a project, but it kept crashing and freezing. The support team took too long to respond to my issues, making it unreliable for serious use. While the interface is nice, the stability problems are a major drawback.

Looked at number of other exchanges

I have looked at a number of other exchanges and dealt on one other and find this one easily the best. I also like its security features and regular feedback about any maintenance or issues.

Reliable and secure trading

It is nice to be part of your guys. We are experiencing very good trade activities. It is really trustable exchange. Deposit and withdrawal processes are easy and quick. I love this exchange.

Reliable experience

I've been using it for about a year. The pros are good staking, and the cons are that I sometimes run into limits, but that's not a big problem. When I first started using cryptocurrency, a friend recommended this exchange. I like the tools, but I'm still figuring out how to trade. I'd like to see more new promotions, since I didn't see anything when I registered, but otherwise it's good.

The interface and candle colors are top notch but it'd be more awesome if we can get for exchange trading pairs for both spot and derivatives markets in order to have a more comprehensive market analysis with an emotionless back testing data.
