Great for investment tools

Reliable Platform, one thing I love the most is that quick and snappy response, unlike Bybit that takes 7days to reply messages, pretty annoying. annoying things about you guys is the steady request for update, it seems like they patch and release update everyday, it’s very annoying. And they can be abit biased with some of their terms and condition. E.g they don’t give African countries equal opportunity with what they others. A user from any country can easily create ad on USD, while for europe countries, you’ll need to trade upto $5k to set up ad🙄🙄

I recommend to use if you want to be secure and don’t be scared of anything

Fast support if there are any issues with anything, never had to be scared of my funds being unsafe with them. Their trading fees are a little bit higher than some other competitors, but I personally don't mind it at all if it's the reason they're able to keep up the good support and security with it. Also the fee differences are so marginal that it really won't affect a professional trader if they are profitable anyways. They also have a nice UI themselves

Not hard to communicate with support! ☺️

Good platform so easy for using, I deposited my USDT from Binance and tested spot trading here.

Pros

Fast exchange of cryptocurrencies and also swap is without commissions.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to load page, but I wouldn’t say it's a big disadvantage.

Reliable experience

I've been using it for about a year. The pros are good staking, and the cons are that I sometimes run into limits, but that's not a big problem. When I first started using cryptocurrency, a friend recommended this exchange. I like the tools, but I'm still figuring out how to trade. I'd like to see more new promotions, since I didn't see anything when I registered, but otherwise it's good.

Frustrating user experience

I expected more from this service. The interface is confusing, and it took me a while to figure out basic functionalities. The lack of clear instructions makes it hard to use effectively. I hope the developers will improve the user experience soon.
