I am Korean In Korea, I moved to this exchange due to coin transaction taxation. I like it because it has various functions and allows usefull trading.

Pros

It’s very easy to navigate through and customer support is very good.

Cons

Often logs out of the account I have to log in again.

Lost ID card and can't complete KYC

I was certainly happy to use your platform before I started having problems with KYC because I lost my document, my ID, and I had a piece of paper saying that my ID was lost, but the platform did not accept it as KYC, and they requested KYC from me because I had quite a large amount of money and I had to wait another three weeks for my passport to be restored.

Id like to recommend it but don't lose your documents>

Top CS team and honest exchange

I have been trading on this exchange for a while, the first thing i have noticed was the high quality customer service, the rapidity and the feedbacks are always full filling the requests. The exchange offers various trading pair, stable coins. The layout is very intuitive and easy to understand even for beginners. Fees are extremely low compared to other exchanges. I am very satisficed and i really recommend it to everyone.

Great for investment tools

Reliable Platform, one thing I love the most is that quick and snappy response, unlike Bybit that takes 7days to reply messages, pretty annoying. annoying things about you guys is the steady request for update, it seems like they patch and release update everyday, it’s very annoying. And they can be abit biased with some of their terms and condition. E.g they don’t give African countries equal opportunity with what they others. A user from any country can easily create ad on USD, while for europe countries, you’ll need to trade upto $5k to set up ad🙄🙄

Sehr guter Austausch!!!

Nach 4 Jahren Handel, habe ich viele Börsen für den Handel verwendet, aber ab 2024 verwende ich nur noch diese CEX für den Handel. Sehr gute Börse. Die Aufgaben sind einfach und die Bedingungen sind nicht kompliziert, so ist es ein guter Weg, um den Gewinn zu erhöhen, während immer mit Funktionen der Plattform vertraut.

Delay of liquidation alert

I lost 4k$ because I didnt received a goddamn alert that my trade is going to be liquidated...
