They've been my go to exchange for a while now, and it's been very efficient. It also helps that their design is very easy to use, because I'm not a fan of complicated interfaces.
Don’t have innovative changes
Reliable Platform, one thing I love the most is that quick and snappy response, unlike Bybit that takes 7days to reply messages, pretty annoying. annoying things about you guys is the steady request for update, it seems like they patch and release update everyday, it’s very annoying. And they can be abit biased with some of their terms and condition. E.g they don’t give African countries equal opportunity with what they others. A user from any country can easily create ad on USD, while for europe countries, you’ll need to trade upto $5k to set up ad🙄🙄
Limit for EU
This platform has significantly improved my development workflow. The intuitive design and extensive library of tools make it easy to implement complex solutions. The regular updates ensure that I always have access to the latest features and improvements. However, the customer support could be more responsive.

I have made several transaction using it and it's awesome , they just need to improve on some little things.
