Experience of usage.

Well... I'm trading on other exchanges from last three years and this year I've created account on it... And I think that was really a good idea to having exchange like this.... The best thing you guys giving us spot trading in short with leverage and so many other good things.....

Lost ID card and can't complete KYC

I was certainly happy to use your platform before I started having problems with KYC because I lost my document, my ID, and I had a piece of paper saying that my ID was lost, but the platform did not accept it as KYC, and they requested KYC from me because I had quite a large amount of money and I had to wait another three weeks for my passport to be restored.

Id like to recommend it but don't lose your documents>

Bugs and lags

When market starts being aggressive and volatile I faced too much lags and bugs on the chart🤦‍♂️ please fix it asap

KYC process is too slow...

The KYC preccedure is too complicated!!!! I liked the communication with your support and community stuff but still I was tired of selgies i have made!

Delay of liquidation alert
