They've been my go to exchange for a while now, and it's been very efficient. It also helps that their design is very easy to use, because I'm not a fan of complicated interfaces.

I tried using this service for a project, but it kept crashing and freezing. The support team took too long to respond to my issues, making it unreliable for serious use. While the interface is nice, the stability problems are a major drawback.
I had a problem I lost my fking 2fa codes cuz my phone was stolen but thanks God that support really understand the situation and responsibly helped me to restore n save my account and my funds
