I've been using this service for a few months now, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The interface is user-friendly, and transactions are processed quickly. The security measures in place give me peace of mind. However, I have noticed some lag during peak usage times, and the customer support options could be more diverse.
Decided to use it for the 1st time since June last year. I deposited sterling via Visa debit card, which was completed in minutes. The USDC arrived in minutes. You don't get 5 stars because there is a handy feature of buying coins instantly. You get quotes every few seconds. I saw an offer for 1.1k USDC for all the funds I deposited. When the coins arrived in my wallet, I realised I was charged a massive £100+ spread! I felt ripped off. Next time I'll use Buy Crypto page so that I'll get a much better deal.
After I sent all the documents that they asked, I was unable to pass KYC
